Tower loading tests

Transmission and distribution power are two parameters to be evaluated and tested when talking about overhead transmission lines.

Besides the initial analysis and assistance along all the design process, CI2000 offers the availability  to carry out  loading  testing of the towers  to verify the structural stability of the overhead transmission line.

Loading tests are performed on the structural components in order to verify their performance under dynamic conditions.  These tests  are carried out soon after the design phase or during construction or even, in case of existing systems, when the verification is required to implement and reinforced the structural stability.

CI2000 can test the adequacy of designed towers at the Tower Test facility situated in Leghorn or at other facilities thanks to the developed collaborative network.
